RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Regrettably, should you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

If you cancel your order prior to the product being shipped, we will issue a full refund.

Exchange Policy:

You may exchange the item within 4 days of receiving it, provided it remains in its original condition and packaging with tags .

Please note that we do not offer pick-up services, so arrangements for return shipment must be made at your own expense.

Exchange can be done only once.

Return Policy:

Returns for refund are only accepted in cases where the item is defective or damaged, accompanied by a video recording of the unboxing process from start to finish.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product.
