Damaged Items:Despite our team conducting meticulous quality checks prior to shipment, damages incurred during transit are beyond our jurisdiction. Should you receive a damaged product, kindly notify us at therohinifashion@gmail.com with a photograph of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the damaged item with a similar one based on our inventory. Claims of damage reported after 48 hours from receipt of the order will not be entertained.

Missed Deliveries:Our logistics partners make three delivery attempts. In the event of missed deliveries, the order will be returned to us. We can arrange for re-shipment upon your request for an additional fee of ₹250. Cash-on-Delivery orders returned to us will be re-shipped only after online payment, along with the additional shipping charges.
